2. Description of services

3. Rates and taxes
- Prices are quoted in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding tourist tax.
- Rates include only those services expressly mentioned at the time of booking.
- The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is €5.53 per night and per adult.
4. Booking and payment
- All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid bank card or by payment of a deposit.
- The balance of the stay is payable on site, unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
- Means of payment accepted: BANK CARDS, CASH, TRANSFERS
5. Cancellation and modification conditions
- Conditions vary according to the fare chosen and are specified at the time of booking.
- Unless otherwise specified, cancellation is free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date.
- After this time or in the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
6. Check-in and check-out
- Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
- In the event of late arrival, the guest must inform the hotel.
7. House rules
- The hotel is entirely non-smoking.
- Assistance animals are accepted and all others on request and subject to availability.
- The customer agrees to respect the premises and not to disturb the peace of other guests.
8. Theft, damage and missing objects
- The customer is responsible for any damage, disappearance or theft of objects belonging to the establishment (e.g. hairdryer, door tie, glass bottle, pillow, vase, umbrella, etc.) noted during or after his/her stay.
- The hotel may :
o After informing the customer, deduct the corresponding amount from the credit card provided at the time of booking, in accordance with the authorization given when accepting these terms and conditions.
o Demand a full refund for missing or damaged items, based on their replacement value.
9. Force majeure
The hotel cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
10. Personal data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, oppose and port your personal data. 12. Applicable law and competent court
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of litigation, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of the jurisdiction where the hotel is located.
